Subscription fees billed monthly have a 24-hour cooling off period and can be refundable. Other than that, subscriptions are non-refundable unless required by law.
One Time Membership Fee like the Founding Family Access has a 30-day no questions asked refund. If you change your mind we will be reversing the charge and giving you your money back.
Reversals will be credited to the payment method you used and will apply standard banking days and banking policy based on your institution.

Furbly subscriptions may be billed monthly or annually, depending on the plan selected at checkout.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled before the renewal date. Users may cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings. After cancellation, access will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
Monthly subscription purchases are eligible for a 24‑hour cooling‑off period, during which a refund may be requested.
Except for this cooling‑off period, subscription fees are non‑refundable unless required by law.
Founding Family Membership (One‑Time Payment)
The Founding Family Membership is a one‑time payment that supports early participation in building Furbly’s platform and ecosystem.
This membership includes a 30‑day no‑questions‑asked refund policy from the date of purchase. After 30 days, the Founding Family Membership fee becomes non‑refundable.
To request a refund, users may contact info@thefurbabyapp.com with their purchase details. Refund requests submitted within the applicable timeframe will be processed promptly.
