JC leads Furbly's product, partnership, fundraising, and government engagement strategy. Her background spans operations, sales, revenue optimization, and investor relations across multiple organizations.

Tana Carag is co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of Furbly, leading business operations, partner relationship management, and pilot deployment. Her background includes operations, HR, and finance leadership across multiple organizations, and she previously co-founded an outsourcing firm.

Tana brings the operational discipline that scales Furbly's shelter partner network from pilot to platform.
